Application status
Where can I check the status of my application?
When submitting an application through our service, you can track the status of that application at any time. There are currently three ways to do so:
- Once you have logged in to our website, navigate to your personal cabinet and select the “Exchange History” section. This will provide you with information about the number of your request, the date and time of initiation, as well as the current status. If the request status is “Executed,” it indicates that the exchange has been successfully completed and the funds have been sent to the specified details.
- Without registration, users can also get access to the information about their requests when conducting an exchange on the site. If the information appears outdated, users can refresh the page by pressing the F5 key.
- All notifications automatically come to the registered email address. If you do not have access to your personal account on the website, you can find this information in your email.
