Top cryptocurrencies by market capitalization

Market capitalization shows the total value of all coins in circulation and helps assess the scale of the project: the higher it is, the more resilient the asset is to sharp fluctuations. The ranking is recalculated along with the price, so the positions of coins change throughout the day—keep an eye on the cryptocurrency rates in real-time to see the current state of play in the market.

FAQ

How often are the prices updated?

Prices refresh every 300 seconds, and the timestamp above the table shows when the data was last pulled. Crypto markets trade 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with no opening or closing bell — so live crypto prices keep moving overnight and at weekends, unlike stocks.

How many cryptocurrencies are listed here?

This page lists live prices for {COIN_COUNT} cryptocurrencies, from the largest assets by market cap down to smaller altcoins and newly listed tokens. A coin appears here once reliable price data is available from our providers. Use the search box to jump straight to a specific coin, or browse the list alphabetically.

Where do these prices come from?

Each price aggregates order-book data from 3 exchanges and liquidity providers, then takes a volume-weighted median so a single thin market cannot distort the figure. Prices here are a market reference: the exact rate for a swap is calculated when you confirm an order and also accounts for liquidity depth and network fees.

Why is the crypto market up or down today?

Crypto assets often move together, so the whole market can rise or fall on the same day. The usual drivers are macroeconomic data, interest-rate expectations, regulatory news, large flows in and out of exchanges, and shifts in overall risk appetite. Bitcoin dominance matters too: when it climbs, altcoins usually weaken against it. No single factor explains a move on its own, and short-term direction cannot be predicted reliably.
