Unreceived funds
I have paid for the application, but the funds have not yet been received in my account. Why?
There are several potential causes for this issue. To successfully complete the exchange, please ensure that you performed the following steps correctly:
- Check that your transfer details are correct. Incorrect details may result in the status “Error” for your request, and you will receive a notification to your e-mail with an explanation of the reason.
- If an application is processed with incorrect details, no refunds will be possible. It is recommended that you check the information carefully before creating an application.
- Make sure that your account has been debited. If there is no debit, the request will not be processed.
- A delay in transfer may be caused by the blockchain. In this case, we cannot speed up the process and we can only wait.
